It has been developed by combining all the key elements of insurance policies in the market place today into one comprehensive Personal Lines insurance product known as SCOTTFIN SELECT. This policy offers many great benefits as well as optional cover to further ensure that each client’s individual insurance needs are met, by combining competitive premiums and excesses.

Key Optional Extensions of the SCOTTFIN SELECT product, which are available to purchase at an additional premium,  are as follows:

Household Contents Section

• Accidental Damage cover (subject to a Limit and Excess).
• Power Surge cover: which is designed to protect the client against power surges caused as a result of Eskom faults; load shedding and any other electrical imbalances (subject to a Limit and Excess).

Motor Section

• Basic Excess Waiver – available to drivers over 30 years of age only. Offers the option to waive the BASIC motor and windscreen/window glass excesses.
• 30 Day Car Hire cover with an option of extending the cover to 60 days.

Automatic Compulsory Cover:

• Emergency Roadside, Emergency Home Assistance and Emergency Medical Assistance helpline with 24hr response and Call Centre.
